Description The DC6 is engineered for use in permanent installations. The system includes two 8 in woofers in an optimally vented enclosure and a 1 in exit/1.75 in voice coil high frequency compression driver on a 90° x 60° dispersion constant directivity horn. The dual woofers are closely spaced to enhance transducer coupling and minimize horizontal beaming at the top of the LF passband while the HF horn\'s complex flare ensures true 90° horizontal coverage. A complex asymmetrical internal passive crossover/filter network provides subsystem integration ensuring coherent summation throughout the transition.

Applications The DC6 is designed for overhead mounting in a horizontal configuration to cover small dance floors or auxiliary spaces within larger clubs. Its cutaway upper-rear corner allows it to tuck up next to the ceiling while angling its coverage down 20°. The enclosure includes balance-optimized threaded mounting points. Like all EAW products it can be special ordered in virtually any color to match a specific décor.
